Integrate Canva with Fillyo.app by Hoitsu

This guide will walk you through connecting your Canva account to Hoitsu, enabling you to automate and sync your Canva Brand Templates. Follow the steps below, and refer to the video for a visual walkthrough.

1. Set Up Your Canva Developer Integration

    Access the Canva Developer Portal:
    Go to developer.canva.com in your browser.

    Log in or Sign up:
    Click Log in or Sign up in the top right. Use your Canva account or create a new one.

    Navigate to "Your Integrations":
    Click the Your Integrations tab in the navigation bar.

    Create a New Integration:
    On the Your Integrations page, click Create an integration.

    Choose Integration Type:
    Select Public as the integration type. Agree to the Canva Developer Terms and click Create Integration.

    Get Your Credentials:
    On the Integration page, under Credentials, copy your Client ID. Click Generate secret to get your Client Secret.
    ⚠️Important: You will only see your Client Secret once. Copy and store it securely for later use in Hoitsu.

2. Configure Integration Permissions

    Configure Permissions (Scopes):
    In the left menu, under your integration, click Scopes. Enable the required scopes for your integration.

    Set Up Authentication:
    Click Authentication in the left menu. Under Authorized redirects, find URL 1 default and enter:
    https://fillyo.app/api/canva/callback

3. Connect Canva to Hoitsu

    Open Hoitsu Dashboard:
    In your Hoitsu dashboard, click the Connection tab on the left.

    Enter Canva Credentials:
    Click Enter Canva Credentials. In the pop-up, enter your Client ID and Client Secret, then click Save and Authorize.

    Authorize Hoitsu:
    Canva will prompt you to grant permission for Hoitsu to access your Canva account. Review and click Allow.

    Confirm Connection:
    After authorization, you’ll see a confirmation in your Hoitsu dashboard that Canva is connected and your token is valid.

    Sync Brand Templates:
    Go to the Brand Templates section in Hoitsu. Your Canva Brand Templates should now be automatically synced and ready to use.
